I have been using efillink’s refill sets for my 9890 and am very pleased with the ink quality. I ONLY print on canvas and have done intensive tests with multiple types of canvas.
There is virtually no difference to original epson ink in brilliancy of color and gradation.
Epson printers, known for their superior red, in comparison I can only praise efillink’s ink, as especially the red is every bit as strong in color and vibrancy as the epson reds (magentas). That is particularly important to me as I have a series of paintings, called the “Red Series”, which was one of the reasons, why I chose an Epson printer.
Before I went ahead to switch over to refillable ink cartridges, I did thorough research, finding efillinks prices to be the best out there, as there are not too many copmanies that manufacture refillable-ink cartridges for large format printers, like the 9000 series from Epson.
Efillink has not only the best prices but Ronnie from efillink is also always very helpful and reacts quickly in case of an “emergency” or problem.
The ink quality together with the great service and best prices can’t be beat in my opinion.
I recommend efillinks refill-kits to anyone who is looking for a reliable refill-solution for their large format printer.

I have been using a 7800 and a 9800 for years with some refillable cartridges and ink I got form a different company. I was very nervous about putting brand new cartridges for my "just released" 9890 as it was so new it was largely untested, but the people at 
Efillink.com did a great job getting me exactly the product that was needed to save THOUSANDS on ink. When the cartridges showed up I was AMAZED. They were so much better quality and craftsmanship then the ones I had been using it was ridiculous. The quality of the plastic, the joints, the internal structure, the few moving parts, the chip, and right down to the innovative little tip that made priming the cartridges a SNAP. Plus the chip resetter that was included had a removable foot that fit exactly to the cartridge so no more getting down and squinting just slap it on there and go! I was so happy with my purchase I felt compelled to write this review and would recommend anyone IMMEDIATELY switch to an ink system from Efill as you will pay for your printer in no time and with no worries. Thank you Efillink!!!
